Avec l’objectif principal de pacifier le coeur du quartier et d’améliorer la qualité de vie des habitant·e·s et des usager·ère·s, le projet d’aménagement des rues Pré-du-Marché et du Clos-de-Bulle prévoit d’étendre la zone piétonne existante jusqu’au carrefour avec la rue Saint-Roch et d’aménager une zone de rencontre à la rue du Clos-de-Bulle.
Au cœur du projet, un processus participatif a impliqué les habitant·e·s de ce périmètre à co-créer une vision commune sur le développement possible de l’espace public dans leur quartier. Le processus participatif qui a permis la rédaction du projet s’est constitué de différents moments: des entretiens informels sur le terrain, des sessions de discussion avec les commerçant·e·s du périmètre, les représentant·e·s des institutions et les membres de l'association de quartier ; encore un atelier participatif et une exposition interactive, avant de présenter l'avant-projet lors de la fête de quartier le 22 septembre dans le cadre de la semaine de la mobilité.

With the main aim of bringing peace and quiet to the heart of the district and improving the quality of life for residents and users, the development project for Rue Pré-du-Marché and Rue du Clos-de-Bulle involves extending the existing pedestrian zone to the junction with Rue Saint-Roch and creating a meeting zone on Rue du Clos-de-Bulle.
At the heart of the project, a participatory process has involved the residents of this area in co-creating a shared vision of the possible development of public space in their neighbourhood. The participatory process that led to the drafting of the project was made up of various stages: informal interviews in the field, discussion sessions with local shopkeepers, institutional representatives and members of the neighbourhood association, a participatory workshop and an interactive exhibition, before presenting the preliminary project at the neighbourhood party on 22 September as part of Mobility Week.
