Le projet de PLQ à Lachenal-Dégallier, à Versoix (GE), étend le modèle démocratique à la participation des citoyen·ne·s dans la production de la ville. urbz a été mandaté par la Ville de Versoix et l’Office de l’Urbanisme de l’Etat de Genève pour produire un plan localisé de quartier (PLQ) avec les habitant·e·s, les propriétaires et les collectivités publiques pour un site à proximité de la Gare de Versoix, dans une zone principalement constituée de villas. L’équipe urbz s’est installée pour 6 mois dans une maison sur le site pour produire le projet de quartier avec les acteur·trice·s locaux·les du début à la fin. De ce processus a émergé un programme et un plan de quartier. En plus des intervenant·e·s locaux·les et de spécialistes, urbz a également invité des jeunes professionnels et des étudiants du master en design urban d’ETH Zurich et du Joint Master de l’HEPIA à participer au projet.

The Lachenal-Dégallier PLQ project in Versoix (GE) extends the democratic model to include citizen participation in the production of the city. urbz was commissioned by the City of Versoix and the Office de l'Urbanisme of the State of Geneva to produce a local neighbourhood plan (PLQ) with residents, property owners and public authorities for a site near Versoix station, in an area mainly made up of villas. The urbz team moved into a house on the site for 6 months to work on the neighbourhood project with local stakeholders from start to finish. From this process emerged a programme and a neighbourhood plan. In addition to local stakeholders and specialists, urbz also invited young professionals and students from ETH Zurich's Master in Urban Design and HEPIA's Joint Master to take part in the project.
