urbz a été mandaté en partenariat avec Kosmos architecture pour accompagner l’élaboration d’une nouvelle vision, identité et programme pour les trois bâtiments emblématiques de l’ancien siège Dupont au Grand-Saconnex, construit dans les années 1980.
Suite à un processus participatif avec les propriétaires, les partenaires opérationnels et les utilisateur·trice·s existant·e·s et futur·e·s, une nouvelle vision partagée a émergé pour créer un écosystème pour les start-ups, les entreprises et les organisations internationales autour des thèmes de la durabilité, de l'innovation et du bien-être.
urbz a agi en tant qu'interlocuteur avec le MO et coordinateur avec les architectes et un consortium d'ingénieur·e·s pour intégrer la vision et le programme dans le concept architectural (SIA phase 21). Celui-ci consiste en une étude d'options et de faisabilité pour déterminer les interventions à fort impact dans une stratégie d'investissement et de design inspirée de l’acupuncture. Nous étions très conscients de la dynamique changeante du monde du travail et les concepts consistent en de nouvelles conceptions de typologie pour les espaces de travail et la création d'espaces publics et partagés au sein du bâtiment. urbz continue d'agir en tant que conseiller auprès du MO dans l'exécution de la première phase d'interventions.

urbz was commissioned in partnership with Kosmos architecture to assist in the development of a new vision, identity and programme for the three iconic buildings of the former Dupont headquarters in Grand-Saconnex, built in the 1980s.
After a participatory process with the owners, operational partners and existing and future users, a new shared vision emerged to create an ecosystem for start-ups, companies and international organisations around the themes of sustainability, innovation and well-being.
urbz acted as interlocutor with the developer and coordinator with the architects and a consortium of engineers to integrate the vision and programme into the architectural concept (SIA phase 21). This consists of an options and feasibility study to identify high-impact interventions within an acupuncture-inspired investment and design strategy. We were very aware of the changing dynamics of the world of work, and the concepts consist of new typology designs for the workspaces and the creation of public and shared spaces within the building. urbz continues to act as advisor to the Owner in carrying out the first phase of interventions.
